    Abstract:
    This paper introduces the basic concepts and importance of short-term frequency stability and phase noise,its expression in time domain and in frequency domain,the methods of measurements of phase noise and compares their advantages and disadvantages respectively.It introduces the phase noise measurement method of HF radar's transmitting signal,especially the measurement method of low phase noise which is close-in to carrier frequency.It also presents the items that should be pay attention to when we make the measurement,and analyses the factors that influence the phase noise measurement.

    Abstract:
    With the rapid development of ARM technology, more and more attentions are paid to Anti-ARM. An effective way to Anti-ARM is decoy deployment. In this paper, a model based on coherent active multi-decoys deployment for Anti-ARM was described, including its formulation, analysis of the decoying process and changing of ARM trajectory. Simulation result is provided to judge whether its decoying is successful or not according to the safe operation radius of radar and decoys,thus a proper deployment of decoys is suggested.

    Abstract:
    The expanding application of EW simulation technology proposes higher requirements for the EW simulation environment. The calculation of sea/land clutter power to airborne PD early warning radar is a hot and difficult problem of EW simulation. The characteristics of sea/land clutter for airborne PD early warning radar are analyzed in this paper. Then this paper establishes the mathematical model of main-beam clutter, side-lobe clutter and altitude clutter power for airborne PD early warning radar, from which calculation method of overall cutter power to airborne PD early warning radar is discussed.

    Abstract:
    A multiple-model(MM) estimator with a variable structure(VSMM),called model group switching(MGS)algorithm,could track the targets with complicated movement.This paper brings forward an improved rule to build the model group,and the MGS algorithm is combined with CA model.Emulation indicates that the improved rule could avoid the infinite well,and it promotes the applying of the algorithm in the target tracking.

In this paper, the basic theory of stealth technology and its limitations are presented briefly, starting from those limitations, radar countermeasures against stealth technology are introduced. It also introduces some kinds of radars with anti-stealth Technology, such as arrayed radar, laser radar, multi-static radar, synthetic aperture radar, and so on.

    Baseline is an important parameter in Distributed Spaceborne Interferometric SAR(InSAR).In this paper,error transfer formula for baseline effect on altitude measurement precision is derived from the basic principles of InSAR,and then baseline precision requirement is presented according to the principle of baseline measurement.Furthermore,reverse analysis method for obtaining precision requirement from altitude measurement for baseline measurement is given.Finally,computer simulations show the validity of this method.

    Abstract:
    Landmines and unexploded ordnances are causing tremendous problems in a large number of areas throughout the world today.The ultra wideband Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR) is a useful tool for plastic landmine detection.For shallowly buried plastic mine,removing the ground bounce with much more energy than useful signal and with the same arrival time as useful signal is very important to following detection,SAR imaging and target recognition.This paper presents an adaptive ground bounce removal method based on Kernel Independent Component Analysis(KICA) algorithm and adaptive independent components selection.Experimental results based on field-test data show that the proposed method is performing very well.

    Abstract:
    There are two drawbacks in the conventional multitarget association algorithm JPDA : large computation cost and lacking the logic for the track's initiation and termination in the framework.The paper develops a track management schedule,which includes several association algorithms in different circumstances.In addition,an improved fast association algorithm MPDA is proposed,which considers the effect of public measurements to the trajectories' update.MPDA can approach the association performance of JPDA with the computation cost as much as PDAF.The simulation results show that the proposed method can maintain high tracking success ratio in complicated circumstance.

    Space object's wideband radar signatures include high resolution range profile and ISAR image.Simulation and modeling of space object's wideband radar signature is very important for space object detection and recognition.Based on the computation of complex targets' RCS in optical region,methods of space object's wideband radar signature simulation,including HRR and ISAR image,are studied in this paper.The validity of the methods are verified through the simulation!results of simulated target and real complex space object's wideband radar signatures.

    Abstract:
    A new coregistration algorithm of InSAR SLC based on the minimal residues was proposed.This paper pointed out that the minimal residues could be as the evaluating function by analyzing the factors which caused the residues in the interferogram as well as the intrinsic relation between residues and the signal-noise ratio and the average fluctuation function of the phase difference image.The computation of the new algorithm is smaller than the conventional max-spectrum algorithm and the new algrithm is more stable.The computation of the new algorithm is almost the same as the average fluctuation function algorithm but the new algorithm is not influenced by the phase leap.The simulations verified the validity of this new algorithm.

    Abstract:
    A novel algorithm named Simplified Unscented Kalman Filter is proposed and is applied to passive target tracking.The algorithm is derived from conventional Unscented Kalman Filter based on specific application condition(for system with additive noise or partially linear).Experiment results show that the proposed algorithm has lower computational complexity(very close to classical EKF) than UKF,and outperforms EKF at convergence speed,consistency and tracking precision.Compared with UKF,it loses no performance and is very suitable for real-time application.

    Abstract:
    On the basis of reviewing and contrasting the three processing methods for quadrature sampling of IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal: the LPF(Low Pass Filter) method,the bessel interpolation method and the polyphase filter method.This paper deals with the applicability of the three methods with wideband signals and discusses the appropriate method fit for wideband signal and its implementation in project.These are also simulated on computer and the results show that the LPF method is more suitable for the quadrature sampling of wideband IF signal.

    Abstract:
    To realize deception jamming against Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar, a good phase modulation coefficient that is used to modulate intercepted ISAR pulse is very important. In this paper, a new phase modulation coefficient is proposed. Not only its theoretical formulation is simpler and engineering realization is more easily compared with the former phase modulation coefficient, but also the false-target phase-modulated position parameter is considered, the false-target signal has more information and agility. The analysis and result of simulation experiment show the proposed phase modulation coefficient is effective.

    Sidelobe cancelling is an effective measure against active jamming.The principle of closed loop sidelobe canceling technology including traditional analog method and modern method using analog and digital knowledge is introduced in this paper.Based on the study of those,a sidelobe cancelling scheme is realized easily in project,which fits frontal receiver.This system using the scheme has better performance of ECCM.

    The error simulation technology of a kind of grid antenna is studied in this paper.Based on research of the antenna's assemble procedure,the simulation model of the reflector is set up and error modeling and simulation of position of stick holes,grid bar acrossing the hole and RMS of reflector face are achieved.Key factors that affect the precision of reflector are debated and optimized.The correctness of simulation result is verified by experiment.

    This paper describes the application of finite element method for obtaining the cutoff wavelength, field pattern and bandwidth in ridged waveguide of ridge on the short side, gives the specific equation of related parameter to the subject. The text computes the eigenvalue of double ridged waveguide, single ridged waveguide and unsymmetry ridged waveguide, transmission of three kinds of ridged waveguides with ridge on the narrow wall are solved for and the useful curves on cutoff wavelength, bandwidth and field pattern are presented.

    Using the speed feedback signal of the information radar servo system,the positional stabilization loop is formed.It solves the problem of the slow antenna excursion when input signal of the information radar servo system equals to zero.Although the general design method of the position loop composed of the position sensor is abnegate,but the information radar servo system has high orientation precision in this way.The simulation results indicate that the design method is feasible and effective.

This paper designed a programmable base band signal generator of variable bandwidth based on the combination of FPGA and DSS using large-seale integrated circuits.     In the general design of impedance matching network of Low Noise Amplifier,what people cared for is to minimize the noise figure and maximize the power transfer,so the LNA can't suppress sideband efficiently.In this paper,a Filter-LNA for phased-array radar T/R modules is designed. The Filter-LNA witch integrated the filter and LNA have effects of LNA and sideband suppression by improving the matching network.T/R modules will be improved with using of the Filter-LNA.

    The document emphasizes discussing the capture of radar signal and analysis of burst information.With the RTSA,the transient burst can be captured real-time,which provides the advantageous tool to identify and select the radar signal.The function of testing transient signal of RTSA can provide display performance insight and analysis capability that can't be provided by other analyzer.RTSA can not only test the frequency and power of radar signal as well as ordinary analyzer,with DPX display technology and powerful trigger function,but also discover and capture the specific burst to analyze some important parameters such as phase,frequency.By the function of frame overlap FFTs,frequency mask trigger(FMT) and 3 ns time difference and special burst automatic analysis software,RTSA can wholly analyze complicatedly modulated burst.Either debugging own radar,EW and ELINT system or discovering and identifying radar signal,RTSA can both provide infinitely high efficient performance.

    Based on software platform Visual C -Creatorvega,an airborne SAR imaging simulation system is designed.Various parameters that have influences on the imaging quality of airborne SAR are analyzed.A series of key techniques are discussed such as the development flow of airborne SAR imaging simulation software by Vega radar simulation module-radarworks and the implementation of the whole system.The simulation results show that this simulation system can realistically simulate the performance of SAR imaging systems.

    Abstract:
    Fabrication of flexible sealing ring for machanical/phased scanned antenna pedestal this article introduces the peculiarity of flexible sealing ring of machnical/phased scan radar antenna pedestal.The structural design,material selection and manufacture process for the seaing ring are discussed.The shape of membrane,its,width,the influence of film slice and number of films on the mechanical property of the bellows are analyzed.Optimization and denaturation of flexible sealing ring are carried out.Experiments were made to evaluate and analyze the prototype.Results of tests show that the life and sealing performance of seal ring conform to the requirement of the system design.
