    Abstract:
    In spotlight SAR system design, PRF selection is very important. The article introduces the limitations of PRF selection and pointed that because there are essential differences between strip-map SAR and spotlight SAR, the traditional method to analyze the azimuth ambiguity in strip-map SAR does not match the situation in spotlight mode. The article introduces the calculation function of spotlight SAR in details, and expounds that in spotlight SAR system design, on the base of satisfying basic limitations, using the simulation curves of azimuth ambiguities can optimize PRF selection. Simulation results indicate that this optimization is very important for spotlight SAR system design.

    Abstract:
    In this paper, amplitude distribution character, correlation characteristic of time, correlation characteristic of space, correlation characteristic of frequency and characteristic of sea clutter spectrum is introduced, correlation parameters with reflection area of sea clutter is also introduced. Anti-sea clutter measure being considered in shore - base radar designing is put forward, including some types of parameters being selecting and anti-sea clutter processing way. Noncoherent integration of pulses, integration between scans, CFAR and clutter map CFAR of anti-sea clutter signal processing way is put forward.

    The effect of system distortion on range profile of wide-band radar is analyzed , and the compensation method is discussed too. A new method of signal extraction for compensation of system distortion is put forward, and it is verified by theoretical simulation and results of radar imaging.

    Abstract:
    In this paper, the transmitted signal model, the target signature model and the received signal model of UWB radar used for urban emergency search and rescue, are presented. More than that, the relationship between the range resolution of radar and the duration of the transmitted UWB-pulse, the time separation between the pulses, the length of the transmitted signal, have also been analyzed. The signal models are all simulated on the Matlab and good conclusions are drawn from them. When the width of signal pulse of radar is smaller, the UWB property of the signal disappears gradually. Multi - scatter - centers reduces to one, the range resolution of radar becomes worse, the image of radar turns more illegible.

    This paper briefly analyses weapon system effectiveness E =ADC model. The object studied is one type of radar. For efficiency estimation of the radar, the reliability and maintainability are the most important factors affecting weapon system effectiveness. Comparative analysis and sensitivity calculation give the degree of influence on system effectiveness in terms of reliability and maintainability parameters. So it provides a scientific ways and meatrs for improving the system effectiveness of that type of radar.

    Abstract:
    In this paper, a simulation system of data processing algorithm for high-frequency skywave over-the-horizon radar is described. According to the special characteristics of over-the-horizon radar, some particular models are introduced to simulate the impacts of the ionosphere on the echoes, and these models are embedded in the data set used as the input of data processing terminal. The system has been implemented in the Matlab environment, emboding compatibility and entensibility. This integrated platform would be helpful for the development and design of novel data processing algorithms in the skywave syetem.

    Abstract:
    For imaging processing of synthetic aperture radar, speckles usually are removed with multi-look processing. According to the features of multi-look processing of SAR, a new, high efficient realization method is presented in this paper. It utilizes the poly-phase structure of filter bank to change the order of down-sample processing and filtering, thus diminishing the data quantity to be processed, and at the same time reduces the computation volume. All these are advantageous to real time processing.

    Abstract:
    The accuracy of secondary monopulse surveillance radar OBA(off-boresight angle) is one of the most important factors affecting radar angle measuring precision.In order to improve radar angle measuring precision,some algorithms of estimating OBA are presented.The first method is a direct method,which requires aircraft flight test;the second method is a statistical method,which requires fixing of the replying device;the third method is to constructa linear equation set,which is based on the relation ship between the franspender reports.Considering engineering application,this paper puts emphasis on the last two algorithms.The experiment results show that the proposed methods are effective in estimating OBA.

    针对天波超视距雷达多径传播现象设计了一种仿真环境,对基于球面量测模型的坐标配准方法给出了严格和详细的证明,然后根据具体的仿真实例验证了公式的正确性,并对坐标变换公式组进行了误差统计。值得一提的是,文中从新的角度,基于不同的几何关系,推导了方位角转换公式,给出了方位角转换的另外一种形式。

    Abstract:
    From the point of view of blind signal separation,this paper introduces briefly analytical constant modulus algorithm(ACMA).By means of analytical method,it computes the complete set of beamformers all at once,which is its significant difference from other iterative CMAs that search for the extremum of cost function and by means of iterative methods,to recover the constant modulus signals one by one.This feature presents many other advantages.What's important is that it can recover all CM signals without the influence of signal power difference.In this paper,with theoretical demonstration and computer simulation,we validate the asymptotic properties of ACMA.In Gaussian noise,it converges to the Wiener beamformer when the number of samples increases to infinity.Meanwhile,we utilize practical field data to test and analyse its performance of signal separation,and validate its perfect ability of signal separation.

    After analyzing the drawbacks of maximum-likelihood method in estimating Geometrical Theory of Diffraction(GTD)scattering model parameters,an integrative estimation flow based on parameters decoupled is provided in this paper.Firstly,the range parameter of scattering centers is obtained by matrix-pencil method,and the type parameter of scattering centers is estimated based on approximation of GTD scattering model,and then the amplitude parameter of scattering centers can be estimated by least-squares method.The experimental result shows the validity of the algorithm.

    In order to improve the safety and efficiency of air traffic control,a new method to complete time-alignment of multi-sensor data fusion is studied.Algorithm of data fusion for surveillance was achieved with a new time-base,and then data fusion was completed.According to the method,a new improved algorithm is based on a GNSS's time-base.At last,data of the PSR,SSR,ADS and VDL were used to verify the effectiveness of this algorithm with computer.The result indicated that the algorithm is correct and can fulfill the requirement of air traffic control.

    A method of designing the group delay filter is proposed in this paper. Firstly, two linear frequency modulation signals is cascaded. Then the reference signal is delayed, finally, the group delay filter cofficients are obtained by fourier transform. The non-causal FIR filter designed by this method has the advantage of accuracy and low complexity. Computer simulation shows the performance of this method, is good.

    Abstract:
    In order to derive the equations of paraboloid surface and its distortion in space, in this paper we put forward a method of paraboloid surface fitting and error estimation by using coordinates of points spreaded around it. Jacobi transformation is used to find correlations among coefficients. Then we introduce a method to transform general conicoid to standard paraboloid equa- tion. The location, direction and size of paraboloid are obtained. The paper puts forward a novel method of error estimation based on iteration. The results indicate that the precision can achieve 0.1% and has wide applicability.

    Multiple false target jamming is becoming increasingly the focus of attention as one of important means of deceive jamming for its simple technology and marked jamming effectiveness. In this paper the technology of multiple false target jamming is introduced, the index factors of effectiveness evaluation such as threaten level tactor, RF and PRF agility tactor, tactics tactor and simulation fidelity tactor are described, then the standardized model of the number of multiple false target is built and its operational effectiveness is evaluated by the probability model of single-target being hit while penetrating and the target number model of breaking through successfully. With the help of simulation and some test data from other countries, the rationality of these models is demonstated.
