    Abstract:
    In the guidance radar network, system error compensation is the predominate condition for information sharing and data fusion and is a key technique. This paper analyzes the source of error in the guidance radar network, sets up the model of error compensation, and gives a relative system error compensation method through studying the relative system error compensation. Simulation shows that this method is feasible and effective.

    Abstract:
    The degree of target threat refers to the degree of threat of the hostile air raid weapons to our targets under protection. Quite a number of factors exist for judging the target threat. When C 3I command automated system is used to aid decision making, it is required to seek a relatively satisfactory approach. In this paper a judging model of threat based on combination of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)and utility function is established. This model is used to judge multiple moving target's degree of threat to the target designation radar. At the same time,a practical example is given with the target designation radar in a commanding vehicles of a self propelled anti aircraft gun.

    Abstract:
    X band bistatic Doppler weather radar is a new kind of weather detection radar system. It can detect three dimensional wind vector fields from the echo of rain. According to the characteristics and functions of X band weather radar, slotted waveguide antenna and GPS are used to solve the synchronization problems of space, phase and time. The system has some characteristics such as simple structure, cheapness, reliability, high sensitivity and so on. This paper analyzes the algorithm of computing the system performance and suggests engineering realization scheme based on GPS.     Electromagnetic wave can be affected by all kinds of factors when propagating in the atmosphere. These factors result in anomalous propagation, especially when there exists an equipments atmospheric duct in the condition of trap refraction. Atmospheric duct influences the performance and tactical use of electronic equipments. In order to use the equipments better in the condition of atmospheric duct, this paper introduces the classification of atmospheric duct, analyses influences of atmospheric duct eigenvector on forming conditions of atmospheric duct, discusses the effect on performance and tactical using of electronic systems.

    Abstract:
    Basing on several rain drop spectrum distributions, the rain volume reflectivity is obtained by point matching technology. The results show that the Marshall Palmer distribution is close to the measured distributions in China, and the dependence of rain volume reflectivity on frequency and polarization is also analyzed. A new analytical formula is obtained according to the results of calculation, which is in good agreement with the calculated results.

    Abstract:
    In order to measure the true noise figure of DUT, corrections for extra losses should be made. Existing noise figure analyzer can only make corrections for losses before DUT, losses after DUT and their combination. But when a lossy component which is included in the calibration loop is not connected after the DUT in the measurement procedure, corrections are also needed. The combination of this new situation and the three existing cases forms three other complex situations. These seven situations are complete, they do exist and sometimes are unavoidable. According to the theory of noise figure measurement, derivation of loss correction formulae for all kinds of situation is presented and effects of extra losses on measurement uncertainties are studied in detail.

    Abstract:
    运动误差是造成低频超宽带合成孔径雷达成像质量降低的主要因素之一。可以结合运动补偿的成像算法(如ECS算法)由于进行了高频窄带近似,因此不适合该系统。经典的ω K算法适合低频UWBSAR成像,但不能同时进行运动补偿。文中给出了可以进行运动补偿的扩展的ω K算法,并且讨论了该算法的原理和实现方法。最后利用计算机仿真,验证了该算法的有效性。

    Abstract:
    Multiple targets located in one resolution cell can not be discriminated with ordinary monopulse radar. A multiple target discrimination method with monopulse radar is suggested in this paper. Likelihood function about the multiple targets' location and number parameter is established basing on the multi dimensional observation data which are given by the in phase quadrature modulation of radar echo. Then the multiple targets' parameters are estimated through modified genetic algorithm. A minimum description length (MDL) criterion is used to detect the number of targets. Elite criterion , local optimization and real representation are introduced here. Simulation result shows that this method is effective.

This signal processing system uses standard VME bus, FPGA based and MGT embeded high speed serial interconnection techniques. It has real time processing capacity, high integration, its hardware and software are fully programmable, expandable and reconstruction.     Abstract:
    After analyzing the broadband radar reflected signals, the main characteristics of them are summarized first. Then after comparing several typical signal detection methods, the Correlated Detection Based on Position Information (CDBPI) and Interleaved Periodic Correlated Detection (IPCD) methods are discussed, including their main performances, advantages and disadvantages. The results of theoretical analysis proved that CDBPI can be used to determine the position of several targets precisely and IPCD to enhance the input signal noise ratio (SNR). Further studies on IPCD method proved that it has very good detection performance when input SNR is small. Simulation results using modeled and measured data show that IPCD can enhance SNR by 1~ 2 dB than typical Energy Detection (ED) when 32 pulses are integrated.

    Abstract:
    A novel method of detection and parameter estimation for multi target radar echo signal is proposed in this paper, which by applying reassignment method to the quadratic time frequency distributions of the signal before Hough transform to eliminate the cross term interference and improve the accuracy of parameter estimation and reduce the time of Hough transform. The simulation results show that this method is not only suitable for the detection and the parameter estimation of multi target radar echo signal, but also good at reducing noise.

    Abstract:
    This paper proposes a new kind of complex radar signal for the polarization agility radar. Linear Frequency Modulation (LFM) signal is adopted inside pulses and circular polarization coded modulation is adopted between pulses for the radar signal. LFM signal pulse compression is used to improve the range resolution and the correlation detection of circular polarization coded signal is used to suppress the electronic interferences. The mathematical model of the signal is established and the specific signal processing scheme is given. A polarization decoded technology based on the space range on Poincare polarization sphere is studied. The simulation results indicate that this signal not only has the characteristic of LFM, but also has low probability of interception (LPI) and the improved anti jamming ability because the pseudorandom code and polarization modulation technology are adopted.

    Abstract:
    It's a hot and difficult problem of computing the ground clutter spectrum based on "Doppler Range" partition. By the traditional means, people tried to search for a closed form of the analytical expression of the "range doppler" cell's area. The above mentioned means is first of all briefly analyzed, then we discuss the above mentioned means' limitations, and propose a new computation method based on "equal area partition "idea, which reduces the calculation and digitized an analytical problem. After lots of experiments a conclusion has been made: Not only is this method more reasonable in theory ,but also the calculation is easier.

In addition the receiver system's design and realization are also described. And the development project and the experimental result are given.     Abstract:
    The basic principles of monobit EW receiver are introduced. The degree of realization difficulties are reduced by simplifying the DFT algorithm and employing low bit A/D. A series of problems for ultra wideband high speed sample are overcome by these methods. Window function's performances are analyzed, and the realization methods based on DSP are given. Monobit EW receiver test systems were built basing on these methods. Monobit receiver's false alarm probability, detection probability and double signal dynamic range are studied in detail and compared with DFT receiver. Compared with DFT receiver, the monobit EW receiver almost has the same properties except low double signal dynamic range. Its double signal dynamic range can be enhanced by increasing the input signal bit, for example, the dynamic range can be increased 5 dB by 2 bit A/D. The receiver's application prospects are analyzed at finally.

Some solutions to attain dual frequency operation of patch antennas are reported in this paper, such as Orthogonal mode, Multi patch, Reactively loading and some others. With HFSS simulating, one dual frequency antenna with two patches is designed. The development trend of dual frequency patch antennas is also discussed.

    Causes of microwave gas discharge tube breakdown when enlarged radar power is applied is analyzed in this paper. Then, an improved construction of microwave gas discharge tube is introduced in detail. Formulas for computing integrated parameters for protection of gas discharge tube are also given. After a great deal of experimentation a new type of microwave gas discharge tube which has PTR+TRL construction has been developed. This resolved practical problems of engineering.

    A 5kW DC switching power supply is developed with common IRFM 460 in parallel as the main switching component and a three level zero voltage switching PWM as the main circuit topology. A study was carried out on three-level circuit, MOS in parallel etc.. Experiment results show that the switching power supply circuit is simple, the parameter selection is reasonable and the reliability is high.     Abstract:
    An open soft radar raster planar monitor system is designed and developed. This system adopts the idea which pays more attention to software. This method can improve reliability and agility of system, and reduces the cost. Such system can not only work as a radar device, but also as a study platform for radar signal processing. This paper discusses this system (SPMS), especially the part of the radar signal processing and planar monitor software which is based on software component. Our test shows that SPMS has achieved the design goal, it works well in radar target recognization and moving target detection project.
