    Abstract:
Because of both errors in extraction of radar information and communication, the radar measurements received from radar stations often contain outliers .The influence of outliers on the Kalman filter for target tracking is analyzed in this paper, and a new tracking algorithm based on the strong tracking filter with fault-tolerant strategy is suggested. This new algorithm can not only sufficiently absorb good innovations to increase filtering precision but also efficiently restrain bad influence coming from outliers. Simulation suppress show that the modified filtering algorithms are practical and efficiently resistant to outliers in measurements data..

    HUANG Xiao-yu SHEN Fu-min
    2003(8):20-22.
    [Abstract](2409) [HTML](0) [PDF 0.00 Byte](2)
    Abstract:
The motion compensation for the hopped-frequency pulses is a difficult question in the field of the processing of Radar signals, this paper adopts the form of pseudorandom, that is to adopt the same random coded-sequence in different pulse lists, to produce the hopped-frequency pulses . And based on it the paper advances a simple and feasible method for the motion compensation by comparing the two consecutive pulse-sequences positive and negative in order. The analysis indicates that the introduction of the pseudorandom doesn't much influence the distinguish power of the original signal. And the method advanced for motion compensation has the merits of less computational complexity and real-time- processing.

    2003(8):30-33.
    [Abstract](2499) [HTML](0) [PDF 0.00 Byte](2)
    Abstract:
A new algorithm for selecting the detect on threshold in deinterleavig pulse trains problem basing on the wavelet theory is presented. It improves the original algorithm basing on the new detecting thresholds. The original algorithm has only one threshold for all sequences and is not fit for the condition when pulse sequences are distributed unevenly. The new algorithm overcomes these drawbacks of the old algorithm and is not only fit for condition that pulse sequences distributed evenly, but also fit for the condition that pulse sequences are distributed unevenly simulation results show that this algorithm has better characteristics for pulse sequences with constant PRI compared with the original algorithm CDIF.
