    Abstract:
    Phased array radar detection range depends on radar technical parameters and radar operation mode control parameters. In this paper the calculation formulas of detection range and tracking range for different phased array radar operation modes are derived, the effect of operation mode control parameters on radar range is discussed in detail as well.

    Abstract:
    This paper introduced one kind of communication method between PC and DSP in ionospheric Oblique backscattering sounding system(IOBSS), which is composed of three parts: PC sending executable code to DSP, PC reading data from DSP and the parameter exchange between PC and DSP. This method ensured the consecution of the sounding process and enhanced the efficiency of the processing result of the sounding data.

    Abstract:
    研究了主动雷达成像导引头的工作模式、成像方法和系统控制方式。通过对雷达导引头子孔径数据进行聚束处理,在短时间和大前斜视角情况下完成对其天线波束覆盖的地面目标区域的快速成像,利用雷达图像跟踪和单脉冲跟踪两种跟踪模式分别解决对目标的远距离前斜视跟踪和近距离前视跟踪问题。分析设计了一近程主动雷达成像导引头在Ku和Ka波段的指标并给出其主要的技术参数。

    Abstract:
    A new method for the monopulse track is introduced. By use of the sinusoidal spatial transform, the method transfers the nonlinearly variational characteristics on monopulse angle sensitive function versus scan angle in antenna array coordinate to a simple linearly shift one in sinusoidal space. While binding angle sensitive for 2 D phased array, it need binding only a curve in azimuth and elevation plane. Not only the access and storage spaces are reduced, but the quantization errors due to partition and beam controller are illuminated. The radar track precision is improved obviously.

    Abstract:
    This paper discusses the use of a non co operative basestation transmitter as the opportonity illuminator for a bistatic ( multistatic ) radar system. The problem is investigated in these aspects: the character of mobile communication signal? the selection of mobile communication channel, the range and the detection of radar using basestation transmitter. Finally the simulation results are given.

    Abstract:
    A survey of radar target recognition technique is given in this paper. 4 classes of target recognition techniques which based on the moving and jet engine modulation effect, distribution of poles, high resolution radar imaging and polarization diversity character of the target are discussed separately. 4 pattern recognition methods (statistic pattern recognition, fuzzy pattern recognition, model based and knowledge based pattern recognition, neural network) and their applications in radar target recognition also discussed. The analysis of the problem is given in the end of this paper.

    Abstract:
    In this papper, an adaptive sample target tracking algorithm is studied. The purpose of this algorithm is twofold: to estimate and predict the target states; and to estimate the level of process noise. The estimate of the process noise level is used to detemined the sample interval adapted to changing target dynamics. Performance comparisons for constant and adaptive data rates are given.

    Abstract:
    绝大多数通信信号都具有循环平稳特性,利用信号的循环平稳特性可以进行真正的盲自适应波束形成,例如CAB类算法以及基于特征空间的盲波束形成算法^[3]。但当循环频率存在误差时,上述算法的性能将急剧下降。本文提出一种改进算法,在估计循环相关短阵时引入遗忘因子可以大大降低算法对循环频率误差的敏感性,计算机仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。
