    Abstract:
    The maintenance mode and availability of radar are analyzed, and the model of spare parts optimization for functional board(PCB) of radar is established in this paper. The method for solving spare parts optimization is proposed, which is based on the feature of genetic algorithms. This method is effective in solving the problem of spare parts optimization and can insure high availability of radar system.

    Abstract:
    This paper presents a method which applies the combination of Demopster-Shafer reasoning and fuzzy theory in recognizing radar signals. To improve the probability of accurate recognition, this method is more effective in solving the problem of indeterminacy and in utilizing the temporal redundancy of radar signals by means of accumulating and redistributing the subordinate function. The imitation experiment and its statistical results show that the method is applicable .

    A large amount of clutter data for different and typical terrains in China have been obtained by means of airborne radar clutter measurement in many years. On the bases, a local database for application is formed from the statistical results of clutter data. This paper describes the framework, contents and methods to build the application database in detail.

    A transponder applied to most of airborne fire-control radar test has successfully simulated the moving target of airborne radar. The system can simulate not only the range and amplitude, but also the Doppler frenquency shift. This article introduces the structure and function of this transponder on the basis of its practical use, interprets some of the crucial technology used in the product development.

    Abstract:
    Pulse Doppler radar (PD radar) is widely used in many fields. Coherence and high stability of carrier frequency are two foremost characters of PD radar signal. This paper introduces several algorithms (such as: one-channel recognition, multi-channel recognition, time-field identification) to detect coherence, and application of joint time-frequency analysis algorithms (STFT, wigner-ville distribution, wavelet ridge) in measuring instantaneous frequency are implemented with MATLAB language and their performances are compared in this paper.

It has high efficient of data collecting and returning and can backup original data and process data curve etc. The system is established by making use of the software development tools such as Visual C++ and Delphi. It has a very terse, beautiful, excellent and easy operation, main-interface by running in Chinese operating system of Win95 or above it.

    In radar applications,binary phase coded sequences are used with the property that their periodic or aperiodic autocorrelation function has an impulse-like form.There are two ways in reducing the sidelobes of the codes:selecting codes and sidelobe suppression.All the sidelobes could be entirely suppressed given specified codes and corresponding filters. The codes which have no sidelobes are called perfect codes.In this work perfect/odd-perfect periodical sequences and complementary sequences are included.This paper present a survey of recent result of sidelobe reduction.The future of sidelobe reduction is also predicted.

    Abstract:
    A method which makes use of autorelation signal processing to realize fast frequency measurement is given, it can improve frequency measurement speed of digital receivers. Theoretical analyses on the principle and simulation results are also given. The results prove that the method is feasible. At the same time, performance of the method is analyzed in this article. As a result, the method has very little quantity of operation and high operation speed. It will be helpful to the design of frequency measurement devices of digital receivers and on both respects of theory and practice.

    In this paper, the transfer matrix of circular polarization phase shifter is derived through coupled wave theory, transfer characteristics of elliptically polarized wave, circularly polarized wave, linear polarized wave are considered. Numerical simulation shows that the results based on measure of linear polarization component is affected by the exciting status as well as the selected polarization direction. The results of this paper may be used in error analysis to measure system, and useful to improve measure accuracy.

    The phase characteristics of the ferrite junction circulator are presented by using the theory of stripline junction circulator. The relationship between conventional parameters and insertion phase of circulator is analyzed. The results computed agree well with experimental results. The method is helpful for design and adjustment of ferrite junction circulator.
